Modus operandi
I work in career development and outplacement for senior executives and high potentials across a broad range of international organisations. I have been in this business for 14 years and offer tried and tested methods, structured approaches and a confidential and enabling environment that will help my clients devise and realize a career strategy geared to results.
From 2000 to 2013 I was Senior Executive Consultant of SKP Dr. Stoebe, Kern & Partner, a privately-owned Germany based consultancy for international career transition management. I was also Central Coordinator of CareerNet International (CNI), a UK registered company, delivering outplacement services globally.
Prior to my time as HR and career consultant, I have held a number of senior international public relations management and Press Officer roles in different industries, including the SCHLESWIG-HOLSTEIN MUSIK FESTIVAL, OTG (market leader tea), MONTBLANC (writing instruments) and NDR  (TV).

My favourite topic is a specific strategy to tackle the concealed labour market.
