supaKC

By starting DJing supaKC came into touch with the electronic music scene of Leipzig in 2009. Using different aliases – KC, supaKC and noisy answer – she produces music in the range of electronica, ambient, experimental and pop. It is the calm and the floating, the melancholic and deep, the witty and experimental that draws attention both in her live-and DJ-sets.

supaKC is regularly doing workshops on DJing and music production. In 2011 she founded “direct studio”, an electronic music studio for the youth in Leipzig-Markkleeberg and organized the studio with them together. Until 2013 she coached the studio, recorded live sessions and did workshops on musicproduction and DJing for young people, girls and people with pedagogic background.

In 2013 she founded the interview blog “Never Trust Cock Rock” to support Leipzig-based and international fe*male* music producers from the electronic music.

In 2016 she founded the experimental music project noisy answer and started to release several cassette editions and digital releases via bandcamp.

Since 2017 she is playing live as supaKC x noisy answer.

2021 she founded mini digital label Graveyard Records.
