As co-founder of ufaFabrik Berlin, a holistic living and working project, I have been an active networker on the topics of communication, cultural exchange and innovative ways of living, working and decision-making since 1979.
As co-founder of the Berlin cultural center ufafabrik, I have been intensively involved with communicative group processes and grassroots democratic processes since 1979. I deepened my competencies through training and further education, among others in mediation and systemic coaching.
Already during my studies of educational science, art and theater pedagogy, I was fascinated by the diversity of human expression.
Today I work as a consultant, mediator, lecturer, speaker and facilitator on personal and professional development processes for individuals and groups. The basis of my work is the development of trusting relationships, basic appreciation and my knowledge of process design, - mediative communication.
After a long professional career, I have a rich repertoire of methods that allow inner processes to be experienced externally. These impulses can inspire and stimulate desired changes.
