Personal note:

In order to accelerate the transformation towards a sustainable and humane economic system we need to change business models and cultural paradgims. But since this often sounds like mumbo-jumbo and not very connectable, the art is to use economic language and reference to build a bridge to what is ecologically and socially necessary. That is the approach I try my best to follow.

Bio:

Hey there,
You've made it to my page. Cool!

Yep, intentionally, I write a bit like a classic Generation Z'er because, by definition, I just about belong to that group, and for talks, you always have to be categorized somewhere, right?

My great passion is the topic of economic transformation , and since that's so beautifully meta, I break it down into relatable and digestible subjects for talks or workshops. For instance, "How can I attract young talent to my company when we're a mid-sized business in the countryside - and the newly established TikTok channel hasn't succeeded so far?"

All jokes aside, I firmly believe that if we want to succeed in transformation, we need to reshape business models .Not just incrementally, but radically in many aspects. I know, not a pretty word.

My approach in talks: Constructiveness and relatability. And, if all goes well, a touch of humor.
