Prof. Dr. Katharina Hölzle ist Professorin für IT-Entrepreneurship am Hasso-Plattner-Institut, Digital Engineering Fakultät der Universität Potsdam.
Sie ist stellvertretende Vorsitzende der Expertenkommission Forschung und Innovation (EFI) und Mitglied des Hightech-Forums der Bundesregierung. Professor Hölzle lehrt Entrepreneurship, Innovations- und Technologiemanagement im Bachelor-, Master und Executive Masterbereich an nationalen und internationalen Universitäten. Sie ist Visiting Professor an der University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Peking und der Macquarie University in Sydney. Seit 2015 ist sie Herausgeberin der Fachzeitschrift 'Creativity and Innovation Management' (CIM).
Ihre Forschungsgebiete sind Digital Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation und Digital Innovation sowie Digital Ecosystems. Sie berät Unternehmen in Fragen des strategischen Technologie- und Innovationsmanagements und ist als Mentorin für Start-up-Unternehmen tätig.
