Bio:

Mona Salwender (M.Sc. Psychology) is a research associate and doctoral candidate at the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Mannheim. Her research interests include gender-inclusive language, as well as leadership motivation and job application motivation from a gender perspective.

At the same time, she has been advising companies on structural approaches to diversity management since 2020. In addition, Mona Salwender holds lectures and workshops on the topics of female leadership and unconscious bias.
