My keynotes and workshops focus on transformation, development, and the future. The individual needs of my clients are an important factor for me as are the skills and the knowledge of the participants.
I inspire others
- to think along with me, even while we venture into distant futures or unknown topics;
- to participate in the exercises, even when uncertainty looms or their abilities are challenged;
- to be mindful of themselves, even more so when stepping out of their comfort zone or when difficult issues are touched.
Why Design Thinking?
Solving problems is often seen as an automatism rather than a process. But there are problems that challenge us: they are too large or to multifaceted to be solved immediately. Or any previous solution lead to new and other problems. Or those problems have never been solved before because we have never encountered them before. This is where Design Thinking offers a multi-step process to take a closer look at the problem. If we have clarified what exactly the problem is, we may start out to find an innovative and best fitting solution, which adds value for users, the system and the environment.
I accompany leaders, groups, teams and individuals so that they can discover and develop creativity and teamwork as an important form of expression and growth potential. With the emphasis on impulses from positive psychology I offer people to discover the growth mindset. The focus is on personal, individual development based on future skills.
I am a certified Design Thinking Coach (hpi), PERMA-Lead® consultant (Ebner-Team) and trained in Positive Psychology (DAS DHGS) and Life Design (CAS University St.Gall/HSG).
My first degree course was in Philosophy, General and Comparative Literary Studies, French and Gender Studies and they are still inspiration and source of knowledge for my work.
