How it all began
Martina Kuhlmann was born as the daughter of an entrepreneurial couple in northern Germany and founded her first company at the age of 29. Another 2 companies followed in the next few years.

At the age of 40, she suffered a private setback in the form of her husband's illness. The company was closed and it went back into the free economy and showed real militant mentality.

What makes you really successful?
She never let go of this question and made sure that she had been concerned with the study of success since 1993. The impulse came from the book "The Power Principle" by Anthony Robbins. Since then she has worked through around 800 books as well as 100 audio and video programs and attended over 45 seminars - always striving to develop further.

“Burnout is the best thing that has ever happened to me,” she cannot repeat this sentence often enough. He showed her all the things that can be achieved with faith, motivation, and perseverance, and how an illness sometimes makes you wake up and do what you love. In 2017 she finally followed her calling. The path to becoming a trainer was unconsciously evident throughout the entire work experience.

Every start is Magic
In January 2018 she founded the successful women's forge. A business academy for self-employed women with the main topics of customer acquisition and marketing.
The digital area has been continuously expanded so that the portfolio of the successful women forge has expanded continuously and innovatively.
Industry and chambers of commerce, employment agencies, and companies also book successful women forge to train their employees.
