I’m a passionate project manager with a strong belief in the power of positivity. I always strive to bring an optimistic attitude to everything I do, seeing that a positive mindset can lead to endless possibilities and inspire others to do their best work.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and teams, both locally and internationally. This has not only broadened my perspective but also extended my skills in communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. My journey in the tech industry has taught me the importance of adaptability, resilience, and continuous learning. I am constantly seeking out new challenges and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
Aside from my professional pursuits, I am also a dedicated speaker and advocate for women in the tech industry. As a working mum myself, I understand the unique challenges and barriers that women face in this field. I aim to be a role model and to inspire and encourage other women to pursue their passions and break down barriers.
As someone who has struggled with their mental health a lot in the past, I know how challenging it can be to get help when one needs it the most. Since I am no fan of gate keeping I always try to share the lessons I learned through my journey and multiple therapies so that others might have a chance to prevent struggles before they happen.
I am always looking to connect with like-minded individuals and collaborate on exciting projects. Let's get in touch and see how we can make a positive impact together!
My professional career began in 2017 with an apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant in the public sector, where I quickly learned how to manage complex organizational processes in a structured and reliable way.
After successfully completing my training, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration alongside my full-time job. During this time, I worked in various assistant roles – within a public authority, an agency, and a law firm – gaining diverse insights into different working environments.
Following this, I transitioned into management consulting, contributing to IT projects in various roles, including PMO Officer, Defect Manager, and Scrum Master, before taking on my current position as a PMO Manager at a small IT service provider.
My professional focus is primarily on digitalization projects in the public sector, where I coordinate interfaces, optimize processes, and ensure projects are delivered successfully. In addition to extensive project controlling, I am responsible for central communication management, oversee risk management, and coordinate collaboration as well as the operational steering of development, DevOps, and IT teams within the project context.
Alongside my professional career, a topic close to my heart has accompanied me for several years: I actively speak on smaller stages about the mental health of women in tech. Drawing from my own experiences with depression and anxiety disorders, as well as my perspective as a working mother in tech, I have developed a deep understanding of the associated challenges. Through various therapeutic contexts, I have engaged intensively with mental health as a holistic concept – knowledge I am passionate about sharing to empower, raise awareness, and encourage others to grow with resilience and well-being.
Currently, I am also volunteering in training to become a lay reader (Lektorin) within the EKHN. This program places a strong emphasis on speaking to diverse audiences, capturing and integrating different perspectives, and communicating theological content in a way that is tailored to specific target groups.
Examples of previous talks / appearances:
