Bio:

Leah is based in Weinheim, Germany a city between Heidelberg and Frankfurt. She works as a systems and network engineer for datacenter operations at Uberspace, a hosting provider for people loving to have the freedom of shell access without running their own servers. 2014 she founded the wifi community network Freifunk Rhein-Neckar. Since then she builds the core infrastructure to run this growing network and tries to educate the public about the meaning of open infrastructure, network technologies and working together. Also she is part of the team organizing the MRMCD, an annual conference of the Chaos Computer Club with a slight focus on IT security.
