I'm a digital catalyst entrepreneur, author and international speaker. For more than 20 years I'm working in and with international teams, I traveled a lot for business reasons. Therefore, I developed a big cultural expertise. As humans are my passion I dealt with all kind of people-centric topics: personal development, learning and competence management, conflict solving, team organization, leadership, culture change and digital transformation.
Since I was a young girl I've always been a leader by nature, so despite having zero entrepreneur business background or education, I founded my own business. I'm curious: Curious about learning new things and curious about humans. Finally, in 2014, I started to build my offline business with coaching, workshops, team development and mediation next to my job in a corporate.
Now four years later, I'm shifting from offline to online business to spread my expertise into the wide world. In 2017 I rediscovered one of my passions: Writing. My blog https://salz-und-sinn.de/ went online. Furthermore, I recently published my 1st book ‚Digital Winner‘. And in addition my 2nd book ’Gott des Digitalen‘ will be available end of March 2018.
When someone asked me at the younger ages what I want to become when I'm an adult, my straight answer always was: „Something with humans!“ Born in 1972, I grew up in times when such an answer always put a smile on the face of the adults. But luckily I followed my passion and I found my mission: Helping people! I dreamt of sharing my knowledge with the world and now I became a blogger, author and speaker.
I'm focussing on helping professionals who have difficulties in digital transformation. I'm bringing light into the dark, talk with them about their fears, their pain and I work on solutions for their future with them.
My motto is: Be U! – Think Big! – Love it!
