A majority of companies pursue sustainability goals, but do not follow any strategy. The result is a confusing bouquet of measurements that are spread with the watering can. In my work, I rely on value-based sustainability performance of companies. I connect corporate reality with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Integrating this authentic sustainability mission statement into the company's strategy is the simple recipe for success. In this way, sustainability strengthens the company's long-term success and may lead to new business cases.

As a political scientist (M.A.), I care about communicating complex connections. As managing partner, I have set up and managed an education, political consulting and communication company. One of my foci was to lead the company by a strategic sustainability. In addition to the core business, the conception, moderation and organization of events of all sizes, I advised clients on the implementation of sustainability strategies. In numerous trainings and lectures I have passed on my knowledge in the field of sustainability. After 15 years in the company, I decided in the summer of 2018 to focus exclusively on consulting in strategic sustainability management. This includes moderations, trainings, coaching and the support of strategic sustainability processes. As a certified live-online trainer, my offers can also be implemented remotely in virtual rooms.
