Bio:

Katrin Adt is in charge of Mercedes-Benz Retail Cars and Vans Europe. As such she is responsible for around 200 sales and service points with over 14,000 employees in twelve European markets. Previously she was head of smart and shaped the transformation of the car brand to become fully electric as well as founding the joint venture of smart with Geely in China. As Vice President HR Development & HR Services she had supervised the corporations top management and initiated Daimler's transformation program "Leadership 2020" for a new culture of leadership. Katrin Adt joined Daimler in Brussels in 1999 after her second state exam in law and is married with two children.
