Bio:

I am working in the Industrial and strongly male dominated environment now for over 16 years.
For over six years I am also in leadership positions.
I focus e.g. on Strategy, M&A, project management and customer negotiations / escalations.
Next to my day job, I was also a lecturer for five years for topics like Strategy, Venture Capital and Business Planning.
I am also working pro bono as mentor as I grew up in a working class family and am the first person in my family who went to university.
