Karina works with women in business – entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and career climbers at all levels. As a personal branding coach, she helps her clients build brands that feel good, are authentic to them, and empower them to go after what they truly want in life. She absolutely loves working with ambitious women and truly believes that personal branding has the power to change someone’s life.
Before becoming an entrepreneur herself, Karina worked in marketing for 15 years. She has experience in both B2B and B2C marketing for SMEs. She’s also held various management positions and has won awards for both her marketing and management.
In early 2017 Karina founded 2 successful companies of her own:
Personal Brand Architect - Consulting, coaching and mentoring for women in business and SMEs, and der STEINBOCK - a home furnishings business focused on regionality and sustainability.
Karina is originally from Montreal, Canada but now lives in southern Germany. She takes pleasure in combining the best of both cultures in her everyday life. She is fluent in English, French and German. She’s also an avid sailor and has sailed over 35,000 nautical miles around the world on various tall ships and other sailing vessels.
