Bio:

About me :I’m a globally raised multi-lingual with a cross-culture background (Colombian/German) based in Barcelona/Stuttgart. I have lived and worked in and between 4 continents: Colombia, Germany, Indonesia, USA, and Spain. I have worked for almost a decade with startups and global corporate companies across industries and am also multilingual in technology-driven businesses: I speak Geek, Marketer, Editor, Sales and Client. I understand both the challenges of a young and growing startup and of an international corporation. I´m a strategist and big picture thinker by nature. By conducting business development across the globe I created a global business network and learned to navigate complex challenges. My passion is creating and fostering relationships.

As speaker : I share insights into the world of international business and business development. About what Growth Hacking and Growth Tracking is and how to implement experiment-driven tactics and mindset. How to network and create Relationships for Business, I speak about the pitfalls in intercultural business and tips for a successful remote work culture.

For my clients: I help my clients to truly understand what drives their customers, find creative ways to reach, convert and retain them for growth and success. I use the latest technology, smart tools, testing and lean experiments to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of their business activities.

As mentor my passion is to listen and encourage to focus on solving problems, to understand needs and cultures, and help to bring ideas to life and to the (right) market. I get energy from creating AHA Moments.

Coach and Mentor at Startup Weekend Bali

Hosting the first Startup weekend in bali /Indonesia : Startup Weekends are weekend-long, hands-on experiences where entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs can find out if startup ideas are viable. On average, half of Startup Weekend’s attendees have technical or design backgrounds, the other half have business backgrounds. Beginning with open mic pitches on Friday, attendees bring their best ideas and inspire others to join their team. Over Saturday and Sunday teams focus on customer development, validating their ideas, creating business model development, and basic prototype creation. On Sunday evening teams demo their prototypes and receive valuable feedback from a panel of experts.
