I learned most of this the hard way and am happy to share the funny-tragic stories that came with the process.
From building power plants via building digital products to... helping European homeowners escape the fossil system. Combining 14 years in the energy sector and 6 years scaling startups, I am now building my next venture. Our mission: To turn the built world from villain to hero.
My journey taught me not only how to strategically build and scale a business, or how to create successful digital products. I also founded a family next to starting my latest venture in a male-dominated space. I do have some funny stories to tell.
At age 30, I left a promising corporate career at Siemens behind on the quest for adventure. I went all in, joined a startup, became a shareholder and made it grow from Seed to Exit. One thing led to the other, and so I started to help other startups as well as old-economy players in understanding their own growth dynamics.
