Julia Müller

Born in 1975 in Munich, I grew up in the our family business - two hotels and a restaurant - in the Black Forest and Freiburg. I studied in Freiburg and Berlin. After graduating in political science specializing in work and gender, I spent two years researching corporate work organization and hr development within at the Graduate School "Work-Gender-Technology" in Munich. Back in Berlin, I developed and set up one of the first decentralized models for quality management in education and teaching at Freie Universität and headed the overall staff council as chairwoman. After seven years of university management, I moved on to the private sector and founded my management consultancy MMR Beratung in 2015. Here I am still passionately advising owners of restaurants, cafés and food service start ups in the organization and management of their businesses.
