Bio:

I am a trainer and advisor passionately advocating human rights, antiracism, and intersectional feminism.

My professional expertise consists of managing and leading teams and non-formal education programs, designing and leading interactive workshops, conducting policy analysis, qualitative research, and human rights monitoring at national and international levels.

I regularly talk, write, and lead workshops on antiracism, equity and inclusion, microagressions, oppression, allyship, resilience against racism, intersectionality, gender equality, and social issues affecting the Roma, BIPOC, and WOC communities.

I am the proud co-author of the pioneering book Ame Panzh—Az ébresztőkönyv, which focuses on Roma representation, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Examples of previous talks / appearances:

Together We Thrive: A Dialogue on Roma Inclusion

This crucial event emphasizes the need to dismantle systemic barriers that have long prevented full Roma participation in white-collar professions. By outlining the existing discriminatory practices in the education system, the audience will better understand the obstacles Roma candidates face before entering the labor market. Advancing Roma inclusion in the white-collar workforce strengthens businesses, fosters innovation, and contributes to a society that genuinely values equality and opportunity for all. This event marks a critical step towards a more equitable future, where everyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their chosen careers.

Ame Panzh (The Five of Us) - Podcast series

Ame Panzh ("The Five of Us") is a group of five young Roma knowledge producers. We decided to create a separate online space because we felt that our values were being overlooked in Hungarian media and intellectual discourse. We aim to express our views on socially significant issues that have been ignored or underemphasized. These issues range from the racism of the "progressive" elite, educational segregation or the shallow and biased representation of Roma people in the media.
