Having worked for more than 10 years in various leading roles in private companies I am helping business at the interface of operative business and human influences.

Even there are many good ideas and concepts around, very often businesses (or institutions) struggle with realising these concepts as the neglect the human influence - as a customer, employee or business partner.

Starting from the fact driven tasks (such as Strategy, Marketing, Post-Merger-Integration, Innovation) I also consider the human influence as customer, employee and cooperation partner.
