Senior Data Engineer, currently working at the software consultancy ThoughtWorks. Previous work experience includes data science and backend engineering. My academic background in computer science and the social sciences.

I am fascinated by how data and data-intense technologies influence how we live.

Volunteer coach for programming classes for women (Rails Girls, OpenTechSchool, Frauenloop, PyLadies), meetup co-organizer and core team member for "Data Science for Social Good". Several years of speaking experience at tech conferences and meetups.
