I am an internationally recognized life coach, hypnotherapist, and former stress and burnout researcher, specializing in assisting women, men, and couples as they navigate through the challenges of infertility and seek a peaceful pregnancy after experiencing infertility. My approach is personalized, professional, and empathetic, aiming to help my clients at any stage of their fertility journey and enabling them to avoid common pitfalls along the way.

Central to my work is a holistic and individualized IVF-support program that incorporates the latest research findings from mind-body medicine, neuroscience, and positive psychology. Through this approach, my clients not only experience significant improvements in their psychological and physiological well-being during and after IVF treatment but also report reduced dropout rates, ultimately enhancing their chances of conception.

Before dedicating myself to supporting individuals with fertility issues, I accumulated 15 years of academic work experience, conducting scientific investigations into cognition and the mind in the context of individual and organizational change. I had the privilege of working with thousands of students and hundreds of executives, helping them navigate transformative journeys and develop effective leadership skills.

My personal journey through infertility and a challenging pregnancy has fueled my passion for supporting others. Having overcome my own obstacles, I now strive to turn my experiences of hurt into hope for those who face similar struggles.
