Bio:

Since 2017, I work as a Strategy / Management Consultant at Bertelsmann with a focus on strategy and transformation projects. What I find most challenging and interesting are questions around (agile) organizational transformations.

Previously, I was a Diversity Manager (at Bertelsmann, as well) and co-founded the startup "Daheim" -- an online-platform connecting locals with newcomers (refugees).
