We live in an increasingly complex and fast-paced world. People, teams and whole organizations at times experience themselves as subjects of dynamics they neither understand nor can control. What motivates me as a coach and consultant is empowering individuals, teams and whole organizations to navigate this complexity. I want my customers to experience themselves and live as the architects of their own world.

For the past 10 years Dr. Arlena Jung has been helping leaders and firms successfully realize their developmental goals. As an organizational sociologist with a background in systems theory she enjoys helping people understand the pragmatic relevance of key systemic principals.
With talks on "Agility and Resilience", "Ambidexterity
" and "Trust-Based Leadership" she presents practical solutions to very real challenges. Her inputs are always based both on her own work as a coach and consultant and on key scientific insights from the fields of motivational psychology, neuroscience and organizational sociology.
