Personal note:

I enjoy building things that bring people, ideas and businesses together.

Over the past decade, I've worked across marketing, growth and business development in international, fast-changing environments — from startups and scale-ups to established organizations. What motivates me is helping teams find clarity, create momentum and turn ambitious ideas into something that delivers real value.

Today, as CMO at Alteos, AXA Germany's embedded insurance venture, I work with a talented team to shape brand, growth and go-to-market strategy. Beyond my corporate role, I'm involved in initiatives that strengthen networks and communities, serving on the Board of Zukunft Fahrrad and the Advisory Board of Women in Cycling Germany.

I'm also a certified yoga teacher — a role that constantly reminds me that curiosity, perspective and balance are often just as important as ambition.
