Bio:

As an Interim CMSO and Advisor for Marketing & Sales, I support companies (B2C and B2B) in transformation and growth processes, providing guidance in times of increasing complexity, preparing the organization for the future, and enhancing the company's value.

In doing so, I advise the C-Suite strategically, accompany the management level as a source of inspiration and sparring partner, or complement them hands-on as an Interim Manager and as a mentor for the employees.

With my experienced 360° view of business models, structures and processes, I focus on people (employees and customers), create clarity in complex situations and identify levers for optimizing and achieving (company) goals.

I draw from 33 years of professional experience, 25 years of which as a leader: in advisory, operational and commercial management positions in the marketing industry, where I learned how to run businesses, to build strong brands and operational excellence, to develop high-performance teams, as well as CMO and member of the executive board on corporate side, where I drove a.o. digital transformation and cultural change processes and led strategic repositioning and go-to-markets. (Industry knowledge: B2C, B2B; Healthcare, Financial Services, SaaS, Service Providers, Retail, Wholesale, Automotive, FMCG, Luxury Goods)

I am involved as an advisory board member and investor as well as a member of various business networks, such as Deutsche Digitale Beiräte (German Digital Advisory Board Member), Deutscher Marketing Verband e.V. (German Marketing Association), Female Investors Network e.V., FidAR Frauen in Deutsche Aufsichtsräte e.V. (FidAR Women in German Supervisory Boards e.V.) and MentorMe gGmbH (Germany's largest professional mentoring program for women).
