Personal note:

As a couples counselor and anti-discrimination trainer and consultant I want to contribute to understanding, respect, solidarity, freedom and enjoyment for every person in romantic relationships, families, organizations and society.

Bio:

I am autistic and have been living in a happy relationship and family for over 20 years. From this experience and my knowledge as a couples counselor I share advice for neurodiverse couples in my book "Liebe mit Köpfchen" (love with brains, in German language).

As a trainer and coach I consult federal and state authorities, universities, local and transnational NGOs, foundations and medium-sized companies in the creation and implementation of inclusive, diversity-affirming and bias-aware attitudes, processes and structures.

Interfaces between political and personal have been fascinating me since my youth, which is why I investigated family and population policies as a political scientist, blog about diversity in and of families and advocate for reproductive justice.
