Social transformation needs participation and dialogue!
As a facilitator, trainer and researcher in the political and civil society sector, I am committed to facilitating intercultural and intergenerational cooperation through culturally sensitive and participatory approaches in dialogue processes. Building bridges between diverse perspectives is particularly meaningful to me, to promote mutual understanding and a shared vision. In doing so, I use interactive and target group-oriented approaches in my work, regardless of if it is on-site, digital or hybrid.

In 2020, I founded Mixed Message Moderation, providing facilitation, training, and consultation services to help organizations address issues related to diversity, equity, and participation. Moreover, I work for People, Dialogue and Change, a research and consultancy company. Also, I'm a member of the European Youth Forum Pool of Trainers. I hold a degree in International Relations and am a certified systemic facilitator trained at the German Academy for Systemic Moderation.

With over six years of experience in European (youth) policy and advocacy, I have worked as a facilitator and trainer in political and civil society contexts, contributing to shaping several political events and processes, such as the EU Youth Dialogue, the Youth 7 as one of the G7 engagement groups as well as WHO Europe #Youth4Health. I also volunteer as an External Representative to the World Organization of the Scout Movement in Europe, advocating for the needs of young people.
