After many years in marketing and event management, I founded my own company in 2012. National and international companies rely on my experience when it comes to providing authentic service that sets them apart and keeps them one step ahead of the competition. One highlight of my entrepreneurial career was my work with FIFA at the Football World Cup 2018 in Russia. As a hospitality expert, I was responsible for the VIP and VVIP areas in all 12 stadiums. I provided guests with a true service culture and hospitality experience. I also lecture at conferences and universities in Austria and abroad. I delight my audiences with authentic and humorous stories about what I've experienced.
