Caro is from Ravensburg and after graduating from high school she moved to Berlin for 10 years. She studied business administration for a bachelor’s degree and then acquired a master’s degree in statistics at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

Her subsequent career start as a data scientist was exactly at the right time, as there were hardly any data scientists in Germany and she was able to help set up and develop real best practices and data science teams. She has accompanied clients such as Miele, Deutsche Bahn, VW and various medium-sized companies.

She is Global Head of Data & Analytics for the entire Positive Thinking Company as well as Leading Partner for PTC Germany+Austria. It is a matter close to her heart that leadership always means collaboration - to create a culture in which employees are happy to contribute and get involved.

"By the end of 2024, 75% of enterprises will shift from piloting to operationalizing AI"- Gartner.

If you have an interest in data or AI, then you already heard this kind of sentence. And yet here is the question you keep asking yourself: How? And after that: Where do I start? Confusing, isn't it?

Establishing AI and becoming a data-driven company is a very complex journey. You must consider many dimensions including strategy, processes and use cases, not to mention the organization. Yet, based on our proven experience, we can tell that organizations can achieve their vision only by having an effective AI strategy.
