I studied social and cultural sciences, worked in IT in different roles and organizations for several years and (re)focused on team and group dynamics.
I find conflicts (starting with their history up to their revelation and - in many cases - resolution) very interesting and try to help gain a better understanding of them, be it by mediation directly or providing workshops for better communication skills.
