I work with startups and scale-ups to help them set up the right structures, leadership habits, and customer relationships from the very beginning – so they can grow without getting stuck in the operational hamster wheel.

Typical patterns I see (and where I step in) are:

/ leadership is overloaded but struggles to delegate
/ everyone works like crazy, yet the team is always one step behind
/ first customers start complaining – because internal processes don’t keep up
/ strategic projects look great on paper – but don’t move forward
/ young managers want to deliver – but lack the “how”

How I support depends on what’s needed – and what’s possible.

Sometimes it’s as a keynote speaker or workshop facilitator.
Sometimes it’s as a sparring partner or advisor on specific challenges.
And sometimes I join the team hands-on in an interim role.

My focus is always the same: combining strategic clarity with pragmatic execution. I build solutions that are not only doable, but also stick – independent and sustainable.

You’ll notice the difference when I’m there – but you won’t feel the gap when I’m gone. I step in when things get stuck, and I step out when things run smoothly.
