Education

Following her A-levels in Berlin Britt Eckelmann passed an apprentice in Business Administration in Munich. She studied architecture at Technical University Berlin, University of Brighton, UK and University of Manitoba, Canada.
Her master diploma was a design for a residential structure at the hills of Castlewood near san Francisco using a modular system and dealing with questions of sustanaible architecture in 1998.
After gaining experience in real estate development by working as an architect and for developers in London, Berlin and San Francisco and running her own architecture office for 10 years she joined the European Executive MBA of Ecole Superiore Commerce Paris studying part time in London, Paris, Torino, Madrid and Berlin.

Professional experience

Britt Eckelmann founded c-pm architecture in 1999 and developed this architectural firm with currently 14 engineers, architects and technicians specialised in office fit out, studio interiors and new constructions.
Since 2008 cpm architekten gmbh runs a successful partnership with HPP – Hentrich Pletschnig & Partners from Düsseldorf – one of the leading architecture firms in Germany with world wide activities.
In 2007 she founded e two energy gmbh, a consulting and investment firm for supply and improvement of heath and electricity together with two partners in Berlin.
