Bio:

Birgitta Borghoff, MA/MAS ZFH (*4 March 1974 in Germany) is a bridge builder, multiperspective and entrepreneurial researcher, creative entrepreneur, holistic life coach, storyteller and poet. She has been working at and for the ZHAW since 2007. Birgitta studied Business Administration majoring in Tourism (BA), Arts Management (Master of Advanced Studies) and Applied Linguistics with a specialisation in Organisational Communication (MA). As a lecturer, researcher, consultant, coach and trainer at the ZHAW Birgitta is involved in the fields of Organisational Communication and the Public Sphere (OKOE) and Entrepreneurship, especially for and in projects with discourse-analytical and/or design questions and focuses. She develops innovative project and research designs in the areas of Entrepreneurial, Corporate and Public Storytelling, Discourse and Design, Start-up and Business Modelling for language and communication professions, communication practitioners and entrepreneurs. As an entrepreneur, Birgitta develops holistic paths to success with her creative company INNOVANTIQUA and her integral business brückenwege – all this for and with people and companies that want to break new ground. She has been leading, advising and managing projects in the domains of Economy/Entrepreneurship (including Creative Industries, Communication/Design, Tourism, Health) as well as in cultural, social, educational, research and scientific contexts for over 20 years. Birgitta also has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of personal development following a holistic approach to coaching, consulting, training and teaching. On her blogs she shares her own thoughts, poetry, creative impulses, stories, essays or texts about her multiperspective research work. She is married and lives and works in Winterthur, Switzerland.
