I am Annika Pies, owner of the TALENTS recruitment marketing agency and consultant for personnel marketing and employer branding.
For more than eight years, I have worked in leading digital agencies and as a freelance consultant advising well-known clients on the topics of online marketing, digital communication and digitisation. I have worked in B2C, B2B, Corporate and HR in almost all industries. During this time I have given countless workshops and lectures and acquired various methods such as Design Thinking.
Since HR and Recruiting is my heart's content and I still see the biggest need in this industry, I founded my own agency for personnel marketing in 2017.
I am a speaker at various HR events. Consultant and leader of workshops at various companies and organizer and presenter of the event series "We hustle in Recruiting" in Munich.
