Bio:

Anne-Cécile is an intercultural coach, trainer and facilitator and comes from Paris. She has lived abroad for more than 10 years and 6 years of that time in Germany. Her desire to understand organizational development has led her to work as a change facilitator for start-ups, SMEs, and international companies in various countries. She supports teams and leaders in multicultural contexts in the development of appropriate change measures.
