Anita Shukla (M.A.), founder and CEO of India-EU Training & Consulting is a seasoned strategy consultant, senior intercultural trainer on India - Germany/ India - EU relations, advisor, author and speaker based in Hamburg, Germany.

As specialist on global collaboration, Human resources and Crosscultural management in technology with India - EU focus and 30 years of work experience she together with her team and network has been supporting many German and European clients operating globally, from MNCs in automotive, IT and energy to technology startups, especially those with India in focus and likewise supported major Indian/Asian technology corporations in their successful operations in Europe.

The India - EU expert and Indologist Anita Shukla earned a humanity degree in UK studies and Indology after studying at the Universities of Münster and Hamburg, Germany (Magistra Artium; M.A. in 2005) and has since then studied numerous fields of technology like AI, Business psychology, management and entrepreneurship.

She is a German national with roots in Europe and India who studied both Sanskrit and Latin. A native speaker of German and English, she also speaks French, Italian and Hindi, among other European and Asian languages.

Anita Shukla is currently a strategic partner of Expandeers Global Network, Global Business Development made in Germany, WomenTech Network Council Member and Country Chair Germany of G100, a group of 100 Women Leaders and their chapters, Global Networking Wing. Her memberships also include Women in AI, Women in AI and Robotics and Hanseatic India Forum, among others.

- Advisor India of the Network of Automotive Excellence (NoAE) ( 2011-2012) , being responsible for Indian participation at the Global NoAE - Innovation competition 2011/2012
- Vice President of SIETAR Germany, a global Cross Cultural organization (2012-2015) ,
- Chair, India Council, of the German Outsourcing Association (2011-2012) .

She is a sought-after speaker, moderator & panelist on global business and global collaboration, diversity in Tech and Crosscultural Management with India - EU focus at onsite and virtual conferences, forums and trade fairs such as the Indo-German Investment Summit or Medica Health IT forum.
