She led initiatives that empowered marginalized communities, especially women and girls, through building inclusive entrepreneurship programs. She is passionate about elevating women as key drivers of climate solutions—believing that investing in their education, leadership, and innovation will be critical to the world’s path toward a sustainable future. As a sought-after speaker and writer, she frequently advocates for the role of women in climate action, leveraging their untapped potential to drive the solutions we need.
Aneri is an award-winning climate and clean energy ecosystem builder, with extensive experience in driving transformative solutions Europe, Africa, Asia, and Silicon Valley. A systems thinker, Aneri believes that a thriving, supportive environment for underrepresented entrepreneurs is essential for technological breakthroughs to succeed at scale.
Currently, she is Co-Founder and Partner at Klimatic Group, a venture clienting firm that accelerates climate technology deployments within the EU. As the founder of ENVenture, Africa's largest energy access accelerator, she spearheaded innovative efforts that brought clean energy to over 150,000 people in rural communities by strengthening community-based distribution models. ENVenture was acquired by New Energy Nexus (NEX), where she served as a Board member and later as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing global programs, strategic planning, and organizational culture driving inclusive internal policies for over 150 staff.
Aneri’s career spans corporate startup partnerships, energy access program design, and growing global clean energy networks. She built a network of 3,000 energy access practitioners with the UN, operationalized Meta’s Social Innovation Lab in partnership with the U.S. Government and MIT Media Lab, and connected over 1,000 clean energy businesses globally through New Energy Nexus. Additionally, she has advised numerous climate and energy startups. Aneri holds a Master’s in Environment & Development from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She resides in Berlin, Germany, with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
