I'm a dedicated web technologist, having worked within the IT industry for 12 years in specialised professional roles.
I am a text book early technology adopter, an excellent strategic thinker, a never ending source of ideas and fresh perspectives, and a fierce champion of best practise and standards on-line.

I specialise in Agile frameworks and specific team based process adaptation. I also have a foot firmly centred in agile product practises and love the emergent field of the agile business analyst.
I excell in the startup phase of projects, forming best practices with new teams to get them on the way to being hyper productive.
I have experience in joining the worlds of traditional project delivery expectations with agile delivery methods.
I have extensive experience in the strategic setup of online applications, including championing the UX and usability of sites, including conforming to E-govt and WCAG standards.
I am an accomplished speaker and presenter and enjoy facilitating groups.
