Alice Rombach

I am Alice Rombach and I speak, write and consult on future topics. I take companies, organisations and teams on journeys through time and space to set impulses and guide change, to shift boundaries and shape the future with holistic future thinking.

For over ten years I have been an entrepreneur, Mag. Art. Sociologist/Political Scientist, adventurer, consultant, certified coach (univ.), a digital nomad who sometimes lives in a van, a storyteller and a mountaineer. In addition to keynotes, I accompany organisations through strategy consulting, scenario development, workshops and future coaching in various industries (tourism, media, metal, education/research, etc.) and countries in Europe, Africa, North and South America, as well as the southern German entrepreneurial SMEs I grew up with.

I look at social contexts with a holistic view. In doing so, I combine analytical precision with creativity to open up paths for new solutions.

We are experiencing times of complex challenges.  We are in the midst of fundamental upheavals. I am convinced that we have to learn new ways of thinking and acting in order to develop courageously as people and organisations, to reinvent ourselves in parts and thus make ourselves fit for the future. For me, future-proof here means taking responsibility for the joint global and transhuman shaping of our futures.

My passion lies in adventure, which has led me not only to many places in worldwide where I have lived, but also to high mountains and Arctic expeditions.

I am driven by a commitment to a diverse, ecologically and socially sustainable future in a free and diverse global society. Through questioning rule-breaking, critical optimism, openness, curiosity and courage.
