Brand Awareness and Digital Communication Expert with over eight years of international experience in building up SAP’s brand awareness on social media via a DIY digital approach, driving global digital sales excellence and community management.
As a passionate creator at heart and communication innovation enthusiast, I help companies, solopreneurs and teams to become more visible by crafting digital communication strategies that create authentic and impactful connections with their audience in an easy and cost-efficient way, à la DIY.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved to create things, whether it’s designing my own pair of jeans as a teenager or building digital communication strategies at SAP - which is what I’m doing in my current job as Head of Marketing Communications, SAP Labs Munich.
Experimenting with new technology and digital communication trends has made me realize how much creative potential and resources we have, if we know how to unlock them. My experience shows that we have the power to increase brand awareness in a more impactful, authentic and cost-efficient way if we do it ourselves, independent from agencies. The true power unfolds when we work across teams and unite game-changers in one community. Examples include continuously becoming the vendor which is most talked about on social media during external events and increasing SAP Labs Munich’s reach by 20 times on social media with self-created videos, in 2022.
The “recipes of success”, templates and best practices that I have built up over the years, have empowered many employees to produce engaging digital content or events themselves, saving time and money. I want to inspire you to do the same: do not shy away from digital innovations but embrace them and become the innovative leader you know you are.
