Alena is a consultant, trainer and workshop facilitator. As a co-founder of RESULT - The feminist Consulting Company, she conducts evaluations and studies, and analyzes and develops strategies in gender, interculturality and partnership for organizations of the international development cooperation and international businesses through feminist approaches.
Alena is also a researcher at the Center of Development Studies at University of Louvain (UCLouvain). She studies and publishes on solutions for a more inclusive and efficient cooperation between civil society organizations from the Global Souths and their donors in the context of the bi- and multilateral development cooperation, especially in the field of women's rights and gender equality.
As a woman and mother, Alena is also committed to gender equality within academia. She is fluent in German, French and English.
