TMA is a community empowerment project led by successful migrant founders, experts and allies with the goal of levelling the playing field for underrepresented and disadvantaged communities in Europe. We offer top-tier mentoring and panels on empowerment and startup development starting in June 2023. Our mission includes empowering young migrants to startup by providing them a safe space surrounded by allies, qualification, network and access to funding. Allyship is an integral part of shaping the future for migrant founders in Europe - join TMA as a partner for education and media or sponsor the demo day in September 2023 and set the stage for innovation and inclusion - made in Germany.

Das Thema war Startup 101: Developing an entrepreneurial mindset for BPoC in Germany
Wir hatten im April eine tolle Session mit Laila Zohaib. Sie hat mit unseren Mitgliedern ihre Erfahrungen als Startup-Coach geteilt und gezeigt, wie Effectuation und Design Thinking benutzt werden können, um eine unternehmerische Denkweise zu entwickeln. Sie hat auch Tipps gegeben, wie man Herausforderungen als Gründer mit Migrationshintergrund in Deutschland meistern kann.
