Mina Saidze is a data expert, founder, publicist and one of the best-known faces of the tech scene in this country. She grew up in Hamburg as the daughter of political activists from Afghanistan and studied economics at Humboldt University in Berlin.

For the past six years, she has worked in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence for high-tech start-ups and corporations, including Axel Springer. With Inclusive Tech, she founded Europe's first consulting and lobby organisation for diversity in tech and now advises leading global companies such as Meta. She is also in great demand as a keynote speaker for Google, FAZ and SAP, among others. The magazine t3n described her a "digital pioneer" and Forbes magazine placed her on the "30 under 30" list 2021.

She is very active on her social media channels and has a good reach, with more than 17,000 followers on her main channel LinkedIn, for which she was awarded Top Voice and Top Business Influencer. Her work has been featured in Der Spiegel, ZDF, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Die Welt and other media.
