I'm passionate about supporting people navigating the transition from individual contribution to people management in tech. There is not enough structured support out there and most of leadership experience comes organically. Since I was a struggling manager once, I want to help others avoid those struggles.
My experience stems from a long journey from solo designer, to Lead Designer, to Design Director, to VP of Design. I specialise in start-ups and scale-ups.
I'm a design leader with over 15 years of experience in delivering high-quality products and leading teams.
Currently in the process of creating a support framework for new managers, especially those that transition from an individual contribution background.
