With over ten years of experience in the industry and in leadership roles, she knows that true team performance doesn’t come from processes or tools, but from emotional culture, clarity, and trust.
As an award-winning engineer, she became the youngest female engineer on the Australian leadership team of a global rail manufacturer, led international quality teams, and was named “Young Manufacturer of the Year” by the Government of Victoria, Australia.
In 2019, she founded her company Lead Like YOU! in Melbourne with the mission to help leaders and teams lead with authenticity and humanity. Her approach combines real conversations, emotional intelligence, and the intentional use of individual and collective strengths.
Through formats like the Emotional Culture Workshop, CliftonStrengths team sessions, and leadership trainings, she creates spaces where real development can happen. Her work brings depth, structure, and above all: the courage to believe in your strengths and speak the uncomfortable truth.
After eleven years in Australia, she returned to Germany in 2022 and now supports organizations across Europe in shaping a new leadership culture built on emotional intelligence, ownership, and genuine collaboration.
