Personal note:

Hi! Thanks for visiting my profile. I would love to hear from you! All the best, Martina

Bio:

I lead innovation projects in cross-functional environments, through a consumer-centered approach that combines design thinking, innovation theory and agile project management. I aim to inspire my team to “do the research”, practice outcome-oriented rapid cycles of prototyping and testing, and be kind.

I chose this job because it fits my experience, curiosity and skills. I am a pragmatic designer/inventor type who obsessively wishes to improve people's lives. I bring business consulting and business design experience, and love to help founders create strong strategies for their startups with the goal of creating stable growth combined with the positive change in the society.
