Bio:

Until 2015, I studied psychology and media science in Bochum. After successful working with leading brands in the gaming industry, I played a key role in the expansion of Zalando's store business in European pedestrian zones. As a "data first" company, Zalandos motto is: "what you can't measure doesn't exist." As Sales Lead DACH and Central Europe at Auntie, I transfer this approach to the corporate wellbeing industry: Auntie's promise to increase the mental wellbeing of employees must be provable by KPIs.
