Current focus: Innovation in development cooperation (MENA region); Practical relevance in higher education; Language of the political system; Generally: Enhancing individuals, teams and organizations self-organization through constructive communication.

In my practical work, this means:

Scientific, visualized analysis of communication „logics“ and mechanisms in private and public organizations, small and large social systems

Identifying pragmatically, yet precisely (process) innovations with inclusive methods

Consulting and training for teams interested in strengthening their self-organization

Empowering people in need for tools to discover and communicate truth

Building constructive bridges between policy, education and the economy, increasingly between the "Arab" and the „Western“ world
