Bio:

Dr. Heike Hartrath has been a member of Mercedes-Benz Cars Sales Germany management since January 2019 and is responsible for human resources. Previously, she has been in charge of HR development, coordinationg the full spectrum of developing young talents in German Sales reaching from vocational training to executive development. In this function, she also accompanied the restructuring of Daimler AG's in-house retail department, as well as the current organizational development with a focus on leadership culture and digital transformation. In addition, she successfully initiated various programs to increase the number of female managers in traditionally male automotive sales.
